With the implementation of the response to COVID-19 in the department of Petén, Guatemala, COVID-19 containment, prevention, and mitigation measures were strengthened. In addition, a loudspeaker, two infrared thermometers, and 350 masks were delivered to the Ministry of Public Health to intensify the COVID-19 and violence prevention campaign in Petén, Guatemala.
